10 MPH Below the Speed Limit

You know what really grinds my gears? People who do not drive the speed limit.

Why is it that on the day when I am running a little late for work, I always get stuck behind the person who goes 10 MPH under the speed limit? It's so frustrating I contemplated ramming the car infront of me. Could you please, for the love of God, drive the posted speed limit? You get a ticket for driving over the speed limit. Can you get one for driving under?

Reflection of the Blog

I received a hater in the comments section. Of course they hid by not stating who they are. They even tried to call me a liar. I find that interesting considering they did not identify themselves and had the nerve to call me judgmental. Calling me a liar without knowing the full truth of my background is being just as judgmental. Get off your high horse of virtue!

NEW FLASH! I do not care if someone doesn't like the blog. That is the point. This is my page for venting. If you don't like it, then don't read it. Followers, no followers, it doesn't matter. The blog will live on.

People Who Talk During Movies

You know what really grinds my gears? People that talk during a movie.

Hey idiot! Did you not see the screen that said refrain from talking and texting during the movie? I did not pay $10 to see a movie with your stupid commentary. Shut the heck up you jerk!

Tights as Pants?

You know what really grinds my gears? People who wear tights as pants.

When the heck did this become a fashion? Where is the skirt that goes with those tights? I honestly cannot get into it. I do not understand how wearing an oversized shirt with tights under it became the new great thing. It looks stupid!

Then you get the girls who should NEVER walk out in public with it on. You DO NOT have the body to pull off that look. All you are doing is making everyone cringe when you walk by. ICK!

Cell Phone Gym Chatters

You know what really grinds my gears? People talking on their cell phones in the gym.

Put the damn phone down! This is a time for you to focus on yourself. Tune the rest of the world out. Not to mention, it is really rude to the other people in the gym that are trying to focus. God knows the cell phone talker cannot talk at a normal volume so everyone is hearing their conversation. You are not so important that the phone needs to be on you all the time.

The Gym Gum Chewers

You know what really grinds my gears? People who chew gum in the gym.

First off, I do not understand how someone can workout and chew gum. I would fear choking on it! I picture someone choking and falling off an elliptical machine. You need to have clear breathing.

But that is not the real annoyance. I cannot stand when they POP their gum. I was working out and could hear a chick snapping her gum over my IPOD music! Are you freakin serious? I could hear it even after cranking my music up. A part of me wished she would choke on it! Learn a lesson, maybe!

Sing-Along-Song Guy

You know what really grinds my gears? People that sing along with their music at the gym.

It's bad enough when you can hear someones music because they are blasting it through their headphones, but add their singing to that and you have a disaster. They do not seem to know how loud they are singing and they do not realize that they are not even close to being in tune. I don't want to hear your music, much less your off pitched singing. I have to crank my music up to drown it out or I just end up leaving the gym.

Protein Shake Fat Butts

You know what really grinds my gears? People who drink protein shakes at the gym.

Half the time these people should NOT be drinking them. You CANNOT drink them if you have a ton of excess weigh on your frame. All it will do is make you fatter. I know it's cool and everything to show how dedicated you are by drinking a protein shake in front of everyone, but that beer gut says you are just an idiot. You need to consume water dude! Until you lose the excess weight and work out harder, you do not need to replenish your protein. You burn carbs before you burn protein. And add some cardio. You are not going to lose the excess by just weight lifting.

Mirror-checker-outer Guy at the Gym

You know what really grinds my gears? That guy at the gym that checks himself out in the mirror all the time.

He struts around like he is hot shit. Yeah, that beer gut you are rocking is totally hot dude! He pulls his sleeves up (if he has sleeves) and checks out his biceps.

What's really funny is the guys that only work their upper bodies and look disproportionate. Nice legs! You look like an idiot!

Get over yourself. Check yourself out in the mirror at your house. You are not impressing anyone. Most people are actually laughing at you.

Speed Bumps

You know what grinds my gear? Speed bumps.

Do people think these really work? If the goal is to slow people down, well it truly does not work. I have seen so many assholes outside my apartment gun it and then break really fast for the bumps and then speed off to the next one. Then there are the people that know the speed they can hit it at that makes to bump not seem so bad. They basically glide over it at about 20 MPH.

Then there are people like me. I have to go insanely slow over them because my suspension is touchy. I hate feeling like I am slamming my car over a bump. Of course the people behind me get pissed because I am going so slow. Cannot win.
